Team 2 trip
Last Friday Team 2 walked down to the Dunkirk playground for some fun at the park and a picnic morning tea. Joseph enjoyed playing cricket with his friends, climbing, sliding and swinging on the flying fox!

Athletics Day

Writing skills
Joseph has been learning the different ending sounds of -air, ear and ere in these words from the book Tina Visits.
Reading skills
Joseph has been learning how to write words with the blend “ir” in them. Here are a list of words found in the book called Nat’s First game. Well done Joseph, you have got neat printing.
Holiday news
In the Holidays I went to Rainbow’s.End. I was riding on the rides. I went with my family and when we finish Rainbow’s End and we go to get boba. We didn’t
and we didn’t finish our boba. I went on the log flume.
I like the log flume because I love the boat the best because I see water in the boat and I got wet.
Cricket Skills!
At the end of Term 3, we had two cricket lessons with Coach Gus, Sam and Mike from the University Cricket club. They taught Rm 21 students to throw and catch the ball and also do it with a clap. Then we learnt how to throw the ball using a pointing finger. Then we tried to hit the wickets and we also practised using a birds nest to catch the ball. What a fun time we had learning these new skills!
